Jane Fleishman, M.S., has over 25 years experience working in the field of organizational change. She has directed, supervised and assisted hundreds of projects in the areas of organizational and staff development, curriculum design, program design and evaluation. She possesses a creative and curious spirit, which has given her the opportunity to learn and teach in a variety of different – and eclectic – arenas from environmental health to juvenile justice to healthy sexuality.

She is a seasoned presenter and program developer. She has worked with clients large and small to give them the tools to understand their own organizational dilemmas and to create changes that are closely aligned with their values, principles and vision. Her work stems from the keen awareness that each individual and every organization has the potential to grow and change.

Education

Jane has a Master’s of Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in Labor Relations (1983) and has been certified in managing organizational change (1991). She has trained in Popular Education with the Highlander Research and Education Center in New Market, TN (1990). She is a member of the Juvenile Justice Trainers Association. Most recently, she became certified as a Sexuality Educator through Planned Parenthood (2002).
